The new version of SMF is out, plan to upgrade later tonight at 10 o'clock GMT +8. The forum might not function during the upgrade.

Did you use the back button on the browser. There is actually a similar problem I have, the new folder will only show for one time. After clicking on it, it doesn't show anymore. But I don't think that can be fixed.
